Pls can bc547 be used in place of bc548 and buh515 in place of sl100 using d same biasing condition

The BC140 and BC160 are complimentary devices which are similar to the BC548 and BC558 but possess a collector currents of 1A and a Vcebo of 80v. These are similar to the North American 2N2219 and 2N2906.

Its always better to look at the datasheet ans see if there is any difference between the two.

which trasistor can i use in place of sl100

SL100 characteristics..........................

Datasheet for SK100 and SL100 (PNP / NPN pair ) found here..................

Any transistor can use (in the same category ) but the biasing of the circuits will be change .

you can replace 547 with 546 or 548, but sl100 cannot be used instead of BUH515, in same biasing conditions. BU515 can be replaced with BU508, because both are used in TV horizontal deflection section.
