[SOLVED] P*(v51rd2 burning problem

Hi,
I'm able to burn one micrcontroller P89v51rd2 with my kit...
but when i've changed alone the micrcontroller with the same name i.e p89v51rd2, it is showing not able to connect. it is connecting and burning with that particular micrcontroller.
i'm not able to understand.
Any help..

what you mentioned both IC are same.........

Actually,
one that is burning is NXP and other one that is not burning is of philips

maybe bootloader problem.... try other IC with same part number which is not programming????

I've tried other IC P89V52rd2fn . they all r not working..
what should I do now?
how to install bootloader for this particular IC?
is there any difference in hardware connection for burning this IC.? If so, what is the circuit for burning?

Reset the device into ISP mode

try this..... when it asks for reset the device. you " switch off the board and re-power it ON" and see the result.....

in options "advanced" , is any hardware selected ......

only P89v51rd2bn micrcontrollers r burnibg. p89v51rd2fn are not...

rd2fn does not burn.. there is a problem with the full set of batch....... we too returned around 200 of them as they did not work...
