2113 igbt driver problem

Hey

I have been trying to use this IC 2113 along with my dsp processor to drive a IGBT. I am getting the low side output output (LO) out of the two available but the other output (HO) is not following my input pulses. Kindly suggest some solution

Their are two things you must cheak,1. voltage across bootstrap capacitor it murt be above lockout voltage.if not cheak cheak why capacitor does'nt get charged insure that capacitor is charged at turn on.2.make sure that the vs pin is connected and the bootstrap diode is ultra fast,rated for the rail voltage.
