Hi all,

Anybody could sugest a link or attach documentation containing estimated timelife of several types of electronic components ?

This frequently depends upon the manufacturer. In general, passive components fail less frequently than active ones.
Temperature is a sensitive factor. Changing it by 10C will cause something like a factor of 10x change in failure rate. Also voltage and current de-rating will help except for polarized capacitors. They have the best lifetime when the voltage is 85% of the rated maximum.

hi ,

Really, some enviromental parameters decrease lifetime ( temperature, vibration, humidity, voltage ).
I found a document that models a lot types of components, considering some of that factors :

But usage seems very complex, because consider too much parameters.

I´m researching about a simplest way to predict overall MTBF.
In absence of other options, I will use that rules.
