Hi,
I am looking for a 2 input mixing audio amplifier.
When "input A" has a signal, Amplifier should not amplify Signal B.
The amplifier is used in car and should be low noise.

And if Signal B is present, it is a "mixer"?

I think it is more a Summer than a mixer..........

I suggest it be a front-end to an amp....................

You seem to be looking for an automatic switch, followed by a summing amplifier. For the latter, see AN-20 and AN-31, at ti.com.

For example Input B is an audio of a radio. And output is Signal B, which is amplified. When Input A, which is Signal from a Microphone, is active, then the Radio signal should be cut off and output should only be Signal A.

Found those in a few minutes using Google. You can use the output from the VOX to turn on a transistor connected to the 'radio' input which will 'ground' that input, or LED/LDR, or ....................

A simple summer will combine the two. See the remarks by tgootee
