[SOLVED] Problem in VB6 interfacing with webcam

Greetings..

Guyz,lately i'm facing some problem with the vb6.0.. i have a sample code which i downloaded from internet and i want to try whether that program can communicate with my webcam..
When i click the run button in vb..suddenly that program is crashed and the blue screen appear for a while before it restarting my computer again.. but there is no error with code..

I'm attaching the vb program below..
