Solar Inverters MPPT design

Max power point trackers for 10KVA inverters are 350VDC input versions from solar panel.
They need to handle 35amps current on regular 8hr basis for which the efficiency /power loss has to be minimal.Since this forms the front end ,the entire conversion is based on this .
Can a guide help me to suggest design to achieve >98% power .
Await any suggestions on applications ,approach ,designs ,schematics etc
