18F452 is having 16K instruction memory.

Any other 18F chip with same pin compatibility with more ROM?

18F4550 is not- because of USB pin.

Hi,

The 4520 and 4620 have 32k and 64k respectivley.

Your 452 code should work, but worth checking the Microchip Migration documents, think there might be the odd instruction / config that needs changing- but nothing major.

18F4620 will be Ok for me.

The other one is same as 18F452 in case of ROM 32Kb(16k instructions)
