i am using cadence and gpdk090 library.
i need to find values of lambda or channel lenth modulation for both nmos and pmos.
i have used the simple method of shorting gate and drain of the transistor so they are always in saturation and then plotted the Vds/Id curve....
then using the equatins to find lambda...but the values i get are impossible ones.too large.where am i going wrong

is there a simple methos to calculate lambda.
