SPI memory error in Proteus ISIS

Hi!

I've built project this: **broken link removed**
in Proteus ISIS (of course I switched MISO and MOSI wires), but during simulation I get the following message:

[SPIMEM] Unrecognized command code [00]

What could went wrong?
