[SOLVED] 16Mbit Flash Model in VHDL

I am having problem finding the VHDL Model for 16Mbit Flash "LHF16J06" made by Sharp Microelectronics. Please advice

You can write one by ur self. If you have datasheet for the Memory you can start
right now. We will help!

You can use the functional model the same as LHF16J06. Try it!
