Is it Linear type cvcc. ,low batt cutoff over lode proteticon , ups mode [slectbul] ,short ckt protection ,12 volt dc i\p & 220 volt ac o\p sqer. wave. its based on 16f676 or 16f72.
or any lower cost pic microcontrollr.

I was just wondering why do you have resistor with one end floating near gate of MOSFETs?

it's only a mistake ...
it's for reducing heat by dividing the power in same resistors.
all these floating wires has to be connected to make the 4.7 ohms resistors be in parallel and dissipe more heat.

Did you try this schematic(pic 16F72) after assembling.
what is charging current.i see secondery volts of transformer are 7.5v,how can charge a 12volt battery.and what are functions of 5 leds.
