Give me a guidelines about 15inch resistive touch screen wiring connection.

What are you asking? It looks pretty obvious to me from your drawing: red wire goes to pin4, yellow wire goes to pin 3, etc.
 

1 pin Y+
2 pin X-
3 pin Y-
4 pin X+

Connection and pin no details are correct or not?
