I am trying to use the op amp in the ahdl library. Does anyone know
what should I connect Vref port to? How does Vref will affect Vout? thanks

which kind of opamp you want to use?
single-ended or fully differential?
in ahdlLib,only single ended is provided.
Usually,Vref is set to (Vp+Vn)/2.
You can also set the value at a value you want.

Thank you for your reply, i need fully differential, but single ended is also ok for simulation.

I still do not know the meaning of the following parameters: ibias, vsoft, and iin_max. what do they mean? what is the value of the parameters should be?

Thank you

are you already succeed to simulate your op-amp in the ahdlLib? I tried too but it's not working.
