i am new for this forum i want to make DC 12v to 20w cfl without any modification in the cfl and low cost can some one give me best way for do this please help me

Can you elaborate this?

You can buy factory maded 12V CFL in shop. Better look for led based lamps.
 

i try make inverter but it not work i try smps inverter but there have more topology i can not understand that topologies can you give me best way do it
