I have a battery rated @12V 7ah, during continuos operation of battery the terminal voltage varies from 13.5V to 10.2V . Is there any rgulator present, which can provide a constant 12V 2A output for the input range of atleast 10V to 13.5V?
Also the regulator ic should be easily available..

You are killing your little battery (lead-acid?) with too much current and discharging its voltage too low.
It is 7Ah so it will provide 0.7A for 10 hours. 2.8A is probably its maximum allowed continuous current for about 2 hours.

It is damaged if you discharge it below about 12.6V. Go to www.batteryuniversity.com and read about it.

12V at 2A is 24W. If you use a boost converter that has a good efficiency of 80% and the battery has dropped to only 10V then the battery current will be 24W/10V x 1/0.8= 3.0A.

Most of us do not know what is available in India.

Ok .i'll buy a 50ah deep cycle battery..
Which regulator should be used?
