programmer 12f629

hi to all,
I’ve bought several pics 12f629 for my new design. I noticed that most of them only being able to program once …I was able to write several times only to one chip – about 5+ programming cycles. After that chips still work but can’t be reprogrammed.
I use ic-prog 1.05C software and jdm84 hardware on win xp. i also tried with wisp628 programmer but had same result.
What I’m doing wrong? Help please!

best regards

PIC with the internal generator "INT OSC" is programmed?

Somehow you can't erase those chips check that part of the programmer
and also in the software you use !
