By Pressing “DISPLAY” and “VSM” key simultaneously from the remote control. My TV is NOT going into servic mode.
Please help,

Confirm with a remote tester unit that both the keys on the handset function. Else there is a problem with the TV remote sensor or the concerned sensing section.

Or May be the Remote is not originally supplied with TV

purchased from out side market may not work for service mode
