12 vol and 5 volt power problem

i want to connect the ip cam with microcontrollr 8051, the ip cam works on 12v and Uc works on 5 volt. when i connect 12v supply to ip cam, the proteus gives me that 2nd power rail not configured. i tried alot to add 12v power rail from design>configure power rails,but when i click the ok button, nothing happens.

please help me in this problem
