Interfacing the PIC16f877 to GSM Module

gsm module interfaced to 16f877

hello!!!

i am having a problem in interfacing the pic16f877 microcontroller to a Benq m23 GSM Module. Does anybody of you know the pic coding conversions of the AT commands in the microcontroller? i do not know how to initialize them. if you have some program in assmebly language, can you just send it to me. i think that it is better if i have a guide on what i am doing so that i won't be lost. tnx and here's my email ad lop_1210@yahoo.com

my project is just to sens a sms message to a specific number using the pic. we have also interface the gsm module in the hyperterminal and it works fine. the gsm module accepts text mode.

check its datasheet, all you need to know can be found there like initialization, mode, enable bits, what bit/flag to poll, baud rate etc

I am using the GSM modem SIM305. I am able to send sms using micro controller. But the problem is reading the SMS . I am getting the SMS on the Hyper terminal. But I cant read it to the controller. Any one already done this , please help
