Multiple threads with the same question
I need to convert +/- 10v to 0 to 5v proportionally. How can I do using resistors (voltage divider network)

This doesn't look like a safe solution... Why not to use level shifters?
Is it IC design? A PCB design? Is it a signal/power?
Please, provide more details on what you are trying to achieve and what is the solutions you are thinking of.
