We have a Gigabite Fibre network with D-link DGS-3208F switch, we have another 100BaseT copper network with D-link 1024R for wich an optional fibre optic module 132F is vailable. Can I directly connect the Gigabit Fibre switch to 132F fibre module(which is 100Mbits) will it work at 100Mbits or totaly fail.

Also is it possible to connect a 100Base FX /100BaseT tranciever to the above gigabit switch

Fiber switches works at one speed only.
You can't connect a Fiber Gigabit port on a switch to a 100FX switch port on another.
To connect them, you could use:
100FX to 10/100 Base T RJ45 converter and
A small 10/100 Base T switch with Fiber Gigabit port included
