100 Watts SSPA to operate 6 to 18 GHZ

Hello Guys,

We have a requirement to built SSPA for below specifications,

Operating frequency - 6 to 18 GHz

Power Output @ Psat (CW)- 100 W (Min)

Power Output @p1 dB (CW) - 50 W (Min)

Can you suggest the transistor IC or company name? and SSPA topology whether it should design with power divider/combiner version. Let me know if anything.
 

Something like that or you search an IC ?
Any IC can not handle this power level over this bandwidth. A custom design might be exist but hard to find.
You can also combine multiple PAs into one.
