Hello,
For a school project I am trying to design a circuit that will allow me to take a single roughly 20Amp DC input and split in between two outgoing lines. I would like for the outgoing lines to "fire" separately; i.e. one ougoing is carrying 20 Amps while the other is carrying none, and then vice-versa.
Ideally, this switching would take place around 100Hz, but anywhere between 60 and 100 would work.
I'm having difficulty finding a switch that can switch between that current and that frequency.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
soybean56,
I can't read the lettering on the relays, so I can't determine what model SSR you are using, or whether the connections are correct. However, the general scheme seams OK. Just make sure that the control voltage from the PLC is compatible with the SSR control voltage inputs. Good luck!
