hi
i want to use 4n25 and my input volatge is between 100v to 135v
how i can do it ?

For dc voltage use 10kΩ resistor, or for ac voltage you can use 0.33µF capacitor in series with the photodiode ..
In the latter case you should connect another diode (1N4148, 1N4N4004 ..) the other way around as reversed polarity protection ..
