Hi,

Do you guys know any good book or paper that have detail schematics and instruction to build low voltage OpAmp (Vdd ~ 1.8V, prefer MOS) that yield high BW (greater than 100 Mhz), high gain (> 1000), high slew rate and high output swing? I'd appreciate your help.

1.Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits. Behzad Razavi; Tata McGraw-Hill Edition, 2002.
2. IEEE - circuits and systems society

Do you know other good books that concentrate on Low voltage opamp design to meet the spec that I listed above? I need books with detail schematics and explaination. Thanks for all of your input.

Hallo,
you can use Allen Holberg book or IEEE transaction circuit and systemII vol.45 pp769-780 july 1998
