1.15 data format - how additions and subtractions are done?

1.15 data

In the 64 point FFT I am using 1.15 fixed data format to represent. Can anyone help me out to with how addition and subtractions are done in 1.15 fixed data format.

Hi

Q15 format addition and subtraction is same as 2's complement format.But multiply is different. when we multiply two Qx and Qy the result is Q(x+y) and two sign bit.
