I need 0.1 Ohm 1w resistor for pwm current sense applications.

Can you look to following link. Why prices too different?

Which one is better for the pwm current sense application.

I don't have a professional explanation in your question,
since the characteristics are almost the same (Temperature Coefficient and tolerance) I would go with the cheap one.

Any resistor would work for you, you should only care for the tolerance and Temperature Coefficient so that the measurement is more accurate.

You go with the cheapest that meets your needs. But then
you need to know what your needs are, and some of them
may be unknown / unconsidered.
