Hi,
this is nakul I need help for simulating 6T SRAM of 1bit I am just confused how o read and write SRAM in cadence can u please help

pls send me cadance s/w. i will check it an d send u the required data,
im doing 8t sram using microwind tool...

friend Cadence software is not local s/w it cost 15 lacs rupees per year licenced better if u send me ur microwind layout
