Cannot use Cadence Help system

Hi,

I would like to ask a question on Cadence SPB 16.5.

I got the following error when trying to use help:

Allegro PCB Design XL (legacy)
ERROR (HELPAPI-020): Server is not responding
The Cadence Help API cannot read from the Help applications process.
Check your process table and kill any running Cadence Help process.
Report this error to the Cadence Help team through your Cadence
support contact

Has anyone ever met this? How to use help at this situation?

u can start the task manager and kill the process as mentioned in that pop up window...

Also best option is to use the cadence online support since u r authorized user of cadence u might be having that account at Cadence - Log In
Ask there to solve ur problem.

This is now solved. It has to be started from "Cadence Help" first. Thanks for replying.
