When i call the module the caller ID don't displayed

dear i use simm900 also
i have a problem
when i call the module it give me a (RING) on RS232 and didn't give me the caller ID what's the problem? i want to know the call ID
 

Use AT+CLIP command to view the caller ID. You can use AT+CLIR command to enable to disable caller ID presentation.
