i will fill the gnd .gnd is filling i have used via pad .is not connected to net but they will also gnd connected how to solve the problem plz reply me................
So if I understand correctly you have a two side PCB board , one side has the PCB design and the second is covered with a ground plane that is not yet grounded and you are asking how to connect it to GND?
You say that you have used vias so why don't you connect them to traces in the circuit side where the ground is located?

i will finsh routing i have fill gnd i have using dot board connection using via they will also fill gnd connection how solved the problem.......
You constructed your prototyping area with via you copied from your design. However, when you did this you also copied the via signal name (GND).
When you want to copy a via without its net name, you have to (un)check the "copy net name" (or something like this, I don't have allegro in front of my eyes).
The best way to do such area is to use a pad symbol. Just create a mechanical symbol with one pin and place it on your board.
