Hi all,

When I want to add a XPS module to ISE 11.5 ; i GOT THIS ERROR

could not create XPS module, running C:/Xilinx/11.1/EDK/bin/nt/xps.exe failed.

When did you get error?(after or before adding)
Are you able to create BSB??

Hi sanju_

Just after add source=>embedded processor => Error

This is the first time when I get thit error
