what does it mean by " DC / RELAY " & " AC/DC/RLY "?

Usually notification of plc output module connection type : can be as
relay, RLY >> relay contact output __used for AC or DC
DC >> direct current output = transistor or relay contact __ used only for DC
AC >> alternate current output = triac or relay contact __ used only for AC
AC / DC >> usually means relay contact __ used for AC or DC
In addition to dc output circuit must check whether it is a source or sink type
(Must check in case wiring inputs too )

Relay contact output means There is a relay contact giving output. It can be AC or DC.
DC means the output is coming from a Transistor inside the PLC, will be DC only.
DC/AC means the output is controlled by a TRIAC inside the PLC, it can be AC.
