This is a very legally dangerous thing. There are many safety and fire laws that regulate these things. You will be better off buying a ready made one and let their insurance cover the injuries it may cause from bad design or the fires started by it.

Hi all,

I need an electric fence too but for small dogs to keep then far way from my backyard door.

They are small animals and I don't want to hurt just to frighten then.
