Hi guys,

I know that the specification (power and accuracy) of Bandgap voltage reference circuits depends on the type of application that this circuit is used.
Could someone that has experience in industry/design companies give some feeling about the specification (Current and accuracy) of voltage reference circuit commonly designed? For example for automotive, RF, or even medical applications…

Thanks!

Best regards.

Accuracy: +/-0.5% or +/-1% is common
Current consumption: vary from <1uA to several mAs.
