I need to make a Current Source controlled by a PIC 16F877A which should be able to

1. Set the Current Range - 0 to 500uA
2. Give up to 2 different Square Waveforms of frequency 10 mHz to 10 Hz with adjustable duty cycle with resolution 0.1%
3. Shut off when current/voltage exceeds a limit.
4. Display the current, voltage, duty cycle, frequency on a 16x2 LCD display.

Will I be able to do all this using the PIC 16F877A??

Yes. You can do that using pic16f877a.
If you have no experience I suggest you to use mikoc Pro. It`s free and have some good examples.

I need to implement at the same time a

1. 2 timers for timing the low frequency signals,
2. 2 ADC including the interrupts for sensing the current and voltage, which does not interfere with the timer when in use.
3. Software programmable reference voltages to shut off when there is any over voltages/current.
4 Also display everything on the LCD.

How do I do everything simultaneously??

I cannot find mikoc pro, only the following which is not free

mikroElektronika - mikroC PRO for PIC - C compiler for Microchip PIC microcontroller development
