Hi,

Why diffusion capacitance is undesirable in mosfets and why it is called parasitic capacitance. What all are the effects of diffusion capacitance?

Read well-known books on analog circuit design, first chapters on IC fabrications,
Razavi: Design Of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits
Johns and Martin: Analog integrated circuit design

All the parasitic caps are not useful, as well as "diffusion" caps.

One of bad effect is Cgd that have miller effect.
It makes loop stability worse.
