pic18 can

Does anyone have 'C' code for initialising the CAN Bus controller within the PIC18Fxx8 Microcontroller.

I have both the IAR and Hi-Tech compilers for the PIC18.

There is one on the Microchip web site but I can not get it to compile..

Can anyone help me

i compiled the microchip ap-note with some ploblem , tell me what is your and i try to help you

was anyone able to get those chips ? i ordered 4 samples on microchip and 8 pcs at a distributor - but i don't get anyone yet ...

i must implement a minimal (not complete) canopen protocol-stack ...

yes - microchip has a good application note ...

Look at mcc18 C compiler (library source code included)

You'll need to change few REGISTER variable and TRIS directional register from the app_note .
