Transformer calculations help needed.

Hello everone in this forum,please can someone help me how to calculate a number of turns of high and low frequency transformer with a given power rating say 300watts and crossection area of the transformer,any examples and fomulas if posible.

Number of turns depends on specified windings voltage, frequency, core crosssection and allowed core flux, not transmitted power. For a 50 Hz transformer with iron core, you have typically n= 42*V/A, V is voltage A is crosssection in square cm.
