I need to design a OTA with the following specifications:


Parameters Specifications

Process 180nm CMOS

Supply 1.8V

DC gain 80 dB

UGB 500MHz

Phase Margin 50 degree

Current consumption <4mA

Settling time 12.5 nS

Output swing 600m-1.2 V

Input referred noise <10nV/√Hz



can anyone help me with a OTA circuit .............
 

Please try current mirror OTA with cascode.
If gain is not enough, pls try gain boosting.
