There are two ways to build a D flip-flop. One is by using nand gates and the other is maste-slave flip-flop. What is the difference of these two? maste-slave flip-flop seems to have fewer gates, so what is the advantage of nand gates made FF?

Hi,
The main advantage of using the nand gate is it increases the speed of the circuit. where as in master slave flip flop is comparatively slower.
