I want to vary the motor speed automatically using position sensor, I don't know how to use the microcontroller for automation.
help plzz

Do you want to turn a knob clockwise to increase the speed of an async motor from 10 rpm to 1500 rpm?

No the motor turns a mechanism, I use two position sensors to increase speed, the first detection sensor will increase the speed to 70% and the second at 100%.

Start by looking here: **broken link removed**. That will give you some information on controlling various types of motors.

Most easy way is to use inverter module
with 2 inputs for fixed speed. ( set with parameter or potentiometer )
Need only make connections and set few parameters and it`s done.

try google " motor inverters "

for exmpl.
