Hello everybody.. I am working on project and i need to send some data from PC to PIC. For this purpose i want to use rf module to send data. So is possible to connect rf transmitter to PC through rs 232 port ?

it is possible. need to play around with it. You will get some ready module available in market

I yeah it is true and I have alredy ordered Xbee module, but still i want to try this one too. Can u sent me some sources may be so that i can read ?

if you google RF transmission module, you will find some really good module and read the data sheet of it. that's the best source to read and learn new things

Man i have already done those stuffs what i need to know is : how can i connect rf module to pc ( this information is not avaliable in data sheet ), do i need interface and where can i find code for this interface

then how )) everbody says yes but nobody gives any source

try "hyper terminal" of your PC....you can send and receive data from hyper terminal. You will find Hyper terminal in Start>programmes>accessories>communications.
it may be helpful

Do i need some circuit between PC and rf module or should i just connect rf's input leg to the PC's rs 232 port.. Is there any video realted to this?

I dont think you need any ciruit and I have my doubt about video as I have never try it before regarding this. If you get understanding about Hyper terminal and try your module working on it. good luck

Yes it is possible, modules may simulate the RS232 port in its software, and you can connect the module with PC easily by cable.
I can show you some module infromation, you can contact me via
