PAPR reduction by SLM

I have tried reducing the PAPR by using SLM. But it is not working, can any one help me please?

I multiply the OFDM bins by exp(j*pi/4), i.e. a phase offset of 45 degrees but there is not even a change in PAPR.

the same problem existed for me !! but u just try some random sequences with 1 and j combination i.e. +/- 1 and +/- j it will work

am doin a project on dct based modifiled slm technique to reduce PAPR in OFDM transmission. can u help me to get the code for dct based slm technique. Please do reply ASAP.

actually i don't understand about dct. i'm sorry
