This warning does not have a warning number.
I am using xlinx ise 9.1

spartan 2E family
device XC2S300E
package PQ208
speed -6
WARNING:Xst - Property "use_dsp48" is not applicable for this technology.

how to remove this warning and what it is for?

Xilinx says to ignore this warning and that it is fixed in ISE 10.1
