Spice netlist generation tool

HI,

Can any one suggest me a tool which can generate Spice netlist for my digital design.
The digital design was implemented in semicustom flow using RTL to GDSII. I have schematic and layout data with me. Need to generate Spice netlist of the same.
Please suggest the tool or methodology for the same. Thanks in advance
 

Almost all schematic tools will export you a netlist in spice or cdl format.

Also, did you run LVS against your gdsii? I don't know about all DRC/LVS tools, but at least Calibre nmLVS will generate a spice netlist when it extracts the netlist from your gdsii.
