iwatsu oscilloscope repair

Hi,
I'm working on an Iwatsu SS-7810 (100MHz) oscilloscope. I have found two fried SMD transistors at position Q6 on the board where the BNC sockets are located. The only marking on the transistor is K51. Does anyone know the part number of this transistor or where I can locate a service manual for this oscilloscope. Thanks for the help.

Hello ,
You must to search (WSYWG) : "smd+codes" or "smd+marking+codes" or "smd+marking" on the www.google.com.
Good luck

Thank you
Costas

I have reeling again and now chopper works,
chopper FS 44238-21 data:
L1 = 310 turns with CU-em 0.18
L2 = 33 turns CU-em 0.35
L3 + L4 14 turns 22 turns simultaneously with CU-em 0.35
L5 = 10 turns CU-em 0.18
