Hi
I was suggested to give a seminar on HEMT.
I need more references, can anyone provide me some good books or links?
I've several online materials right now which I think it's insufficient.
What should I emphasize or mentioned about HEMT on the seminar?
Why MOSFET cannot work on high frequencies?
I still have other questions which I cant recall right now.
Thank you very much in advance!
 

Can anyone at least guide me to where should I start? Thanks alot!
