Hi,there
I have seen in many papers that the authors run Monte Carlo analysis to get comparator offset,but I dont know why we should do these.What's the result we will get after the Monte Carlo analysis? I think it is not a offset voltage but something else.BTW,if the comparator is dynamic type,and there are many switches in it,will the Monte Carlo analysis still valid?
